PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ICH Group AG assumes all project management of a building project. This includes corresponding with the architect, organizing planning meetings, handling planning documents, organizing building consultation meetings, making arrangements with the construction management up to the point of intersection between construction documentation and the following steps of construction.
For all levels of planning and execution of plans, we have a close cooperation with an architect’s office in Moscow, which has 15-years worth of experience in the luxury segment on the Russian market.
ICH Group AG organizes all transport with an associated transport company and cooperates with an associated glass construction company in Russia, several general contractors, supervision companies and representatives of building contractors, as well as legal advisors and consultants for building permissions, fire safety, statics, etc.
